ARGUS Security Platform -- control plane API The Go control-plane binary: policy engine, threat scoring, ANIS intelligence client, config generation for the data plane, and the admin API. No hard local dependency on PostgreSQL/Valkey here -- DATABASE_URL can point at a remote instance; the turnkey "everything local" case is what the argus metapackage's own Depends on postgresql-17/valkey-server is for (ADR-0038 Sec.2.1, ADR-0040 M8). . Also serves the SPA directly (ADR-0038 Sec.3.2 option (c)) when argus-ui is installed and ARGUS_UI_DIST_PATH is set -- TLS terminated in-process on :81, no second nginx, and the admin UI stays reachable even with argus-nginx stopped.
